H.    No Waiver.  Other than as expressly established forth in these Conditions or any Added Terms: (i) no failure or hold off by you or PharmaCann in training any of rights, powers, or treatments hereunder will operate to be a waiver of that or another appropriate, electricity, or remedy, and (ii) no waiver or modification of any term of these
